Yuma County Probate Court Records

The Yuma County Superior Court handles Probate Cases in the County. Probate court records include documents and archives filed at the court’s probate registry. Probate matters handled by the court include cases involving:

Record seekers may contact the office of the clerk of the Superior Court. Requests can be made in person, by mail or online. Online access to probate court records is available through the Yuma County Probate portal. Requesters must pay the requisite fees and provide a valid government-issued ID. Record seekers may contact the office of the clerk of the superior court at the courthouse during office hours (Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
